Patio Growing Ladder Garden

This video from Harrod Horticultural shows their ladder vegetable garden. It’s an innovative system for growing vegetables in tiers on the patio.

The framework holds three jumbo trays into which shallow rooted vegetables can be sown and grown to maturity in one third of the space of normal gardening. Great for small space gardeners.

It doesn’t stop there, you can buy optional extras such as seed trays with propagating tops and capillary matting. Start your plants indoors in the window sill and then move outside to harden off until ready to transplant either into the ground or into a jumbo tray.
